Frequently Asked Questions

What types of companies do you work with?

We support GCs, specialty subcontractors, developers, and owners’ reps across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Packages scale from single‑project pilots to enterprise programs.

How do we choose the right starting package?

If you’re unsure, begin with the Construction Tech Assessment. It produces a roadmap that can roll directly into Implementation, Automation, BIM/VDC, or Training based on priorities.

Can services be combined or phased?

Yes. Most clients sequence Assessment → Implementation → Training, while layering in BIM/VDC or Digital Twin on active projects. We’ll phase work to match budgets and schedules.

Do you work on existing platforms or recommend new ones?

Both. We configure and optimize tools you already own, and when needed we run objective evaluations to select better‑fit platforms.

How do you ensure field adoption?

We co‑design workflows with supers and foremen, build templates, run hands‑on training, and provide 30–90 days of support post‑launch with quick iteration based on real usage.

What integrations do you support?

Typical connections include accounting/ERP, scheduling, document control, email, and cloud storage. For websites, we integrate forms and calendars with CRM and analytics. We’ll scope custom integrations as needed.

Do you offer fixed fees or time‑and‑materials?

Most packages are fixed‑scope with clear deliverables. Larger or ambiguous efforts can be T&M with weekly reporting. Retainers are available for ongoing Tech Lead and Website Management.

How do BIM/VDC and Digital Twins differ?

BIM/VDC focuses on coordination and constructability during delivery. Digital Twins extend into operations with asset data, reality capture, sensors, and handover to facilities systems.

Can you help on small projects or short timelines?

Yes. We can run rapid sprints for urgent needs, stand up minimum viable workflows, or deliver targeted workshops.

What does success look like and how is it measured?

Fewer RFIs and clashes, faster submittals, improved schedule adherence, reduced rework, higher field adoption, and executive visibility via dashboards. We define KPIs upfront with you.

Who owns the deliverables and data?

You do. We provide editable templates, configuration documentation, and exportable data. For twins and websites, admins and hosting credentials are transferred to your organization.

How do you handle security and access?

We follow least‑privilege access, MFA where supported, and document roles and permissions. For websites, we implement SSL, backups, and role‑based CMS access.

Do you provide training materials and documentation?

Yes. Each engagement includes quick‑reference guides or recordings, plus configuration notes so your team can maintain and extend the work.

What’s the typical lead time to start?

Discovery calls can happen within a few days. Assessments usually start within 1–2 weeks; larger implementations begin in 2–4 weeks depending on availability.
